Welcome to my first blog entry-- a gateway into a photographic journey. This image was taken in Canyon Country, Los Angeles as a major storm approached.
I'm drawn to graphic lines in open spaces and this green gate definitely got my attention.
Driving down the back roads of the canyon, I couldn't help but notice how strange and silly the green gate seemed.
It's a giant metal structure obviously painted green in an attempt to closely mirror the vast panoramic nature behind it.
